I. Trouble shooting about ver.06062002 patch
- There can be some users having problems with this client file ver.0662002, such as common.dll file error.
- If you are having this problem, please re-download our patch client manually, and save it over to your computer's Deicide installed program folder.

II. Trouble shooting about Bygone locking up problem
- This problem has been fixed, current problem having users will be transfered to Vail.
- If you have some problem about that, please contact to use by ask a GM

III.In-game text visual problem shooting process.
- If you are having problem indicating in-game text fonts, then please download following file to install onto your computer.
- Download this file , then unzip to your system's ( C: - WINDOWS - Fonts ) folder.
- This font file will make your text font much more clear than before.

IV.Game playing screen solution setting process.
*Runttime Errors: If this Error occurs, go to your Desktops' Display Properties and set your Desktop resolution to 1024x768x16bit. Re-Boot IF necessary, then try re-launching the game again.
- You can set up your own game graphic quality when running our Deicide client by using Set Up button.
- Basic client is set up as 800 x 600 screen solution and low texture mode for low spec computing users.
- When changing this set up, it might seems it doesn't change properly, however you will get your solution changed if you follow the procedure, and use the "Save" button properly.
-We will try our best to rearrange this function as soon as possible.

V. Trouble shooting about ver.06070505 patch
- July 5th server maintenance is now over, and various updates have been done or our Deicide client.
- However, there are some users who actually updated their client before our notification, and not being able to update properly no more.
- If you are having this problem, please download , this manual patch file, and paste the patch file to your own Deicide Online folder in your HDD.
- Please do not run the patch file itself which will cause problem.

VI. Trouble shooting about ver.06072001 patch
- If you use a special character (example -, /, :, ' , etc.) or a blank for the character name or guild name, a serious problem may have arisen.
- Occuring a problem what with already using, please contact us at the ask a GM

VII. Virtual memory insufficiency problem (updated 31st Jul)
- Following error message will occur and shut down the Deicide client due to your lack of virtual memory part.
- In this case, you can upgrade your computer with higher memory Ram, or boost your virtual memory for temporarily.
- Virtual memory increasing function.

Got to My computer - Properties - Advanced - Perfomance Option - Vertual Memory[/orange], and change following contents set up.
Initial size : Your Ram size X (1.5 ~ 2)
maximum size : Your Ram size X (1.5 ~ 2)]



VIII. Problem with Patch (updated 10th Aug)
If client is corrupted, while the client updating the patch files, you could have those problem as below.
- After the patch, the client gets shut down.
- Game avatar is not moving in the game.
- Or if you have some network problem, so the patch process didn't go properly.
Then please go to the Deicide folder, and take version.bat file out(delete it), and if you run Deicide again you can get patch file again without reinstalling whole client file.

First, you should create a NEW topic, reporting a problem like this, or included in a pre-existing post made by another person about the SAME problem. Reporting under a sticky notice may possibly NOT get viewed, otherwise.

Second, You may ALSO want to submit this problem directly to the GM's, in the Support section, using the "Ask a GM" function. I do not recall ever seeing another instance of that particular problem being reported before, so I cannot say what is causing it, or what would resolve it. Using the "Ask a GM" function, may get you direct GM's assistance with thta type pf problem. Keep in mind, it usually can take several days before they get a chance to respond there, however.

All I can advise, is trying a uninstall/reinstall. Make sure your Video and Sound Cards' driver(s) are current, and that you make sure your desktop resolution is set to 1024x768, before running the game.
