I'm not sure, but I killed about a hundred magmas and didn't get that in the drop.

I believe Dark lvl 40 skill Dark Produce Flame drops in Neca.
Wht lvl 40 Call Lightning Bold in Harit/orges,
lvl 45 Recovery Healing Harit/Ice Golem,
lvl 45 Wind Strike harit/ice golem and suher,
lvl 50 chain lightning pierce barknan,
lvl 55 cure light harit/orges, and
lvl 60 earth sword suher/harpy

I got the dark lvl 55 skill Strike Corum from the ogres in Harit.

killed many witches in reburn
they droping:

Wind Storm - White lvl 75
Dark Fire Chant - Dark lvl 70
Ice Sword Hell - Dark lvl 85
Power Penetration - Range lvl 70
Produce Ice Bug (not sure i think)

also they droping 3rd R4 pants 'n gloves. (lex/lighting/dwarf)

and one of best card droppers. 1 card in 5minutes or so.

Only problem cant herd them, they hit far like IKK. so dam hard asking them to line up
