im kinda hating my firewall at the moment, its some wierd type where you need to find a certain folder to accsess, but i cant locate the folder >.<

can't u just turn it down and then reopen after u finished with the game?

i have mcaffee security (a very wierd type of firewall) and it doesnt have any options on shutting it down, i cant even open it. its like its an automatic firewall

dunno how to help with it, but if it's so crappy if i was u i'd uninstall and get a free one from the net, u can find some good ones, i use COMODO firewall and never had problems till now

Thats just the problem! its such a piece of junk because i CANT shut it off, no matter what i do, and if i cant shut it off i cant delete it or uninstall it. Can someone please tell me otherwise and some nice details as well. I have a windows computer if that helps at all for specification. ..?

I apologize for the double post, but i managed to destroy my firewall now, after a load of restarting. I have a new firewall that is GLITCH free and i can toggle on and off, so now ive just been waiting for my updates to finish for the past two hours now, and they are almost done.

Hi I'm real new to this game (haven't played it) the error I'm getting is right after i choose a server on the launcher nothing pops up... i double click the server then it just disappears, nothing happens. Right now I'm downloading all these drivers (I'm not really great with computers)

I had a real challenge getting the gameto work for me. I spent NUMEROUS hours over a two day period trying to get it working. (I'm determined, and a bit stubborn.)

Problem: Which link do I us to install?
Solution: I used Gamershell. It worked for the install without any
problems, but I spent a lot of time peeking at all the options.

Problem: Installation worked, but now what do I do?
Solution: I was able to open the Deicide folder, and download what I thought was the game. (This is something you need to do, but you're not in the game yet.)

Problem: My desktop Icon brings me to this little update screen, and the star button is grayed out.
Solution: You need to let the update run.

Problem: I'll be a senior citizen before I get to play this game.
Solution: See the side bar in the update screen? Scroll down about halfway, there are red words and a link to click to speed up the process. I actually watched it, excited to see it going so quickly!

Problem: I clicked START, but now I get a box giving me three different selections, and none seem to work.
Solution: Patiently double click on Vail. You'll be in the game after you create your character.

ummmmm well idk where is the appropriate place for this but everytime i get on my second(and considerably better) computer to play this game i keep getting this message that says "already working patch program" after is try to go into a server. there is nothing else working and i have allready gone threw my entire patch download stuff.... and no i didn't make up the attachment. its just a blown up version of what the print screen gave me......>.>

hey I've got the client downloaded but when I run it, I'm told that the runtime has terminated in an unusual way, when I try to change the settings they dont save. any ideas?
